School Resumed Monday 25 November 2013: 2 and a half weeks after Yolanda

To all our friends and supporters,  we are up and running thanks to the grace which you have shared with us.  Many special thanks to our friends in the United States who put out collections for us.  With your generous help we have purchased building materials to rebuild so that we can serve the poor children in our area.  We have survived and will rise above this setback.  Our students are attending class in every available facility, including the remaining classrooms we have left, the outdoor stage, and even outside in whatever available shade we have.  Hopefully, within the next couple of weeks, all students will have proper facilities in which to proceed with their coursework.

Surviving Typhoon Yolanda.. You can't keep a Bengal Tiger Down!

Bantayan Island, Madridejos, and Villacarlos Academy took a direct hit from Typhoon Yolanda at 10:40 AM Friday Morning.  Yolanda had damaged or destroyed many things in the town and the school, but we are alive and are going to recover.  Please stand by for further news.  Thank You.
